Refunds and cancellations
We realize that schedules change and sometimes class registrations need to be changed. We try to accommodate changing plans whenever possible, but sometimes we cannot.
Though credits for future classes are always our preference, for some classes, we can offer full refunds if requested a week or more in advance. We offer credits for future classes if requested 48 or more hours in advance. Requests for cancellations that are made less than 48 hours in advance will receive no credit and no refunds.
In a few cases, however, we can only offer credit for future classes or workshops if requested 2 or more weeks prior to the start of the workshop. In these cases, we work with students to find suitable "make-up" dates. For cancellations requested less than 2 weeks prior to the start of these workshops, we give no credit:
1. Classes that are offered infrequently and require specific materials and supplies to be ordered for students. Examples of these classes would be 2-Day Stained Glass Workshops or Multi-Day Painting workshops.
2. Any workshops that have filled completely and registration has closed. The reason for this is that we stop advertising and reaching out to potential students when the registration closes.
Registrations are transferable. If you can't make it to a class or workshop and you find a replacement, just let us know who will be taking your spot.
